Soil Pressure Support Method "Multi Board (Retaining Wall) Method"

We will support the soil pressure on the PCa version using commonly available piles!

The "Multi-board (Retaining Wall) Method" is composed of piles and PCa panels (precast panels), and it is a method designed to support the earth pressure acting on the PCa panels with the piles. The standard spacing for pile installation is 4 meters, and to transfer the earth pressure from the PCa panels to the piles, the PCa panels are fixed to the front face of the piles using connecting fittings. This allows for a retaining structure that does not expose the piles, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. 【Effects】 ■ By combining H-shaped steel as the parent pile with PCa panels, the structure does not require a base slab, which reduces the excavation width, making it possible to construct in sites where securing excavation width is difficult. ■ Since a base slab is not required, this structure reduces the number of pile foundations, the amount of foundation concrete, and the volume of excavation, enabling cost reduction and shortening of construction time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
